The first, and longer nine, is a little more open, however, there are plenty of pine trees and streams to tantalize the wandering shot. The second nine holes meander through hardwood trees and ponds with significant rolling fairways. This nine is the shorter of the two nines, and accuracy is the key to keeping your score low.

The Briar North boasts of fine conditions and excellent greens. The golf course has undergone a variety of improvements including new tee boxes, new course layout and a whole lot of TLC (Tender Loving Care). The new clubhouse has additional seating for up to 150 people.
